This is our last post on the blog. We survived the 1st year and we are SO happy! We want to thank everyone for following our journey each and every day. My babies are turning 1....

YES, you read that correctly! I just can't believe it has been a year already. August 4th my precious little miracles will celebrate their b-day. We are having a party this Saturday so I will post lots of pics for all the see. My journey of blogging will then end. Update and Beach Trip

The twins are getting VERY mobile. They are both crawling all over the place. Laynie is furniture walking and all she wants us to do is walk her around the house. Taylor is watching Laynie's every move and is now walking around (slowly) with our help. He still has a ways to go as he's not as strong and balanced as sis, but she'll be walking very soon. I'm already busy and I'm sure it's just going to get CRAZY. We are having tons of fun though. Laynie says Uh oh all of the time. It's the cutest thing ever!! Taylor is working on mama, but hasn't quite got it yet. As hard to believe as this sounds....they will be 1 in less than 3 weeks. Where did the year go? We are so blessed to have both Laynie and Taylor in our lives and can't wait to celebrate them on their special day. We went on our first beach trip. Here are some pics from that trip....

Wonderful 4th of July

We had a great time at our block party. The fireworks were awesome. Laynie slept through it all, but Taylor wanted to see what was going on. He watched them with us for a little while. He was so interested and didn't seem to mind the loud bangs!

Scary Day!

We had the scariest day EVER! Laynie, ambulance, hospital, CAT scan, X-ray...you don't ever want to see all those words together. She's going to be fine, thank the Lord! She will probably end up with 2 black eyes and a swollen black and blue nose, but she's home. It's crazy when they start crawling up on things! BIG lesson for mommy today...
